I have said from the start Harris was a terrible choice. Like before any of you knew about his VP choice. Like in summer of 2020 knew she was bad. Anyways.. (and it is pretty obvious why Biden picked her, don't be daft)

I know you thought she was a terrible pick.

Biden picked her either because he was pandering to blacks or he thought she was so bad nobody would consider removing him. In either case her pick shows Biden is no better than Trump in the "me first" scumbaggery department.

To that last sentence in parentheses it wasn't even needed. It was a token gift, which makes the move even more condescending and terrible.

Biden may very well be one of the worst presidents, certainly in recent history.

If you go back and watch that VP debate with Pence it was a total wipeout and was a clear ocean of difference in competency.

I say that has a UT football fan that has been able to come to a conclusion that sometimes the other team is just better. So I've tried to be objective about politics though you would've think it by my posts. My views on things are just different after years of real world experience.

Quite untrue. While it is a fact that he did some great things for this country, he also made some boneheaded decisions. But I have yet to see one. single. thing that Biden has done well. Not one.

Yea. Not into nation building so I am probably not for being there. But we will see how withdrawal goes.

The "get the troops out" rhetoric is old though. We have been there for 20 years, you didnt sign up to join the military and all of sudden surprisingly found yourself in Afghanistan.

I'm skeptical of how long were out but leaving is absolutely a good thing. Best thing would have been to never go and set up shop there or Iraq

That’s it. It’s a damn good thing we’re out. Long overdue. 20 damn years in coming. But how long will the warhawks in both damn parties be able to control their urge to bestow Democracy on the peace loving Afghans.
