Protesters greeted Vice President Kamala Harris during her visit to the border in El Paso with signs asking, “Do you hear their screams?” The signs reference the inhuman conditions in Biden-Harris unaccompanied migrant children detention centers.

Protesters greeted Vice President Harris in El Paso with signs about children screaming in detention centers, support for former President Donald Trump, and a Spanish-language sign playing off the vice president’s first name, Newsweek reported. President Joe Biden appointed Harris to spearhead the government’s response to the border crisis.

In reference to the vice president’s previous comments that she hadn’t “been to Europe either” during an NBC’s Lester Holt.

“You made a wrong turn,” the protester’s sign reads. “This isn’t Europe.”

EXCLUSIVE: Trauma nurse at Texas border town visited by Kamala Harris reveals her hospital is full of migrants suffering Broken Legs, Mashed Spines and Shattered Hips from Falling Over the Border Wall

An exasperated trauma nurse in the border city being visited by Kamala Harris has revealed her hospital unit is now dangerously packed with migrants injured after leaping from the top of the US-Mexico wall.

Miriam Torres – who works at El Paso's University Medical Center - told DailyMail.com that half her 30 beds are regularly taken by the illegals, who are suffering broken legs, smashed spines and shattered hips.

  • Torres said the hospital is so desperate for space that it is now issuing contracts to care homes to take in the injured migrants during their treatment
Torres, 39, said: 'Doctors come in now and just label the patients' charts BWF, standing for border wall fall. It's that routine these days. But it is putting a great strain on the unit.

'These people can often stay with us for up to six weeks, requiring at least two surgeries and an incredible amount of medication.'

She added: 'When Joe Biden took office, almost immediately we started to see the numbers increasing. It has been overwhelming at times.

Women as well as men are brought in with shattered bodies after falling up to 34 feet on the rock-hard ground in their bid to get into the United States. Their ages range from 17 to the mid-50s.

However many illegals suffer leg breaks and need initial surgery followed by the fitting of a metal exterior frame which screws into their affected bones to give them support. These must be removed after around six weeks.

Border Patrol used to keep the illegals in custody throughout the process of their treatment. But Torres told DailyMail.com that the agency now gives them release papers and a court date much earlier if they are eligible – effectively making them the hospital's responsibility.

Torres revealed many colleagues at her hospital voted for the Biden/Harris ticket.

But she added: 'Many of them are our case managers and social workers. But even they are now looking at the situation here with the responsibility and cost of the wall jumpers and thinking, is it worth it?

'One case manager said to me, this is very upsetting. My mom has to pay out of pocket , she won't get this treatment. It starts messing with you after a while.'

Some of those badly injured are women pushed off the top of the wall by heartless 'coyote' people smugglers, Torres revealed.

'The women are held in houses across the border until the coyotes say it's to get them across,' she said. 'They lead them to the wall, but are clueless as to how high it really is. And so they will make them climb, and if they don't jump from the top, they push them over.

Thanks Trump

I don't think Harris was an effective Senator. She was on the job 4 years or less. She's just in over her head in every faucet.

The dumbing down of America is obvious. Only in government where you continually get weak and feekless people winning elections.

Almost unbelievable that Biden got $81M votes with limited mental faculties and a VP that doesn't have a clue on the world stage. Most of the nominations we've seen out of this administration has been gutless leftists or limp noodles including Garland. They are great at hiding behind racism to tear down the country.

Thanks Trump

If this country was hypothetically split into two countries. One, for conservatives with conversative values. The other for progressives. All the natural resources split equally.

It wouldn't take a year for progressives to try to get into the country illegally controlled by conservatives.

The progressive side of the country would be a disaster. High crime, taxation, the degradation of values, influx of illegal immigration living off the taxpayers, threats from foreign invaders, a military concerned about division within its ranks, lack of credibility around the world but plenty of "friend" with their hands out and etc. The country would start with several sectors with grievances. Christianity would possibly be in the minority.

We already see it with people moving out of blue states to get to the red states. It's gotten that bad in these areas.

That's an interesting fairy tale

That's an interesting nightmare scenario

Fyp

A scenario like that make people grow up really quick instead of acting like nimrods.

And I was wrong progressives would be abandoning ship within six months. The only caveat is you have to apply to get into each country. Well let me change that. You have to apply to get into conservative America.

Trump's revenge rally: Former president boasts Kamala Harris only traveled to the border because he's going, mocks Biden's woke military and teases another presidential run as he returns to the campaign trail

Former President Donald Trump returned to the campaign trail Saturday night, holding a 'revenge' rally on behalf of a former aide who's running against a GOP congressman who voted for the ex-president's impeachment.

Trump welcomed thousands of supporters to the 'first rally of the 2022 election.'

'We're going to take back the House, we're going to take back the Senate,' he announced.

Trump immediately called President Joe Biden's tenure a 'complete and total catastrophe.'

The crowd took out their cell phones to record Trump as he took the stage. Many of the crowd wore their MAGA gear

'I told you – crime is surging, murders are soaring, police departments are being gutted, illegal aliens are running over our borders,' Trump said.

He boasted that Vice President Kamala Harris only traveled to the border because he announced a trip there next Wednesday.

'There is no more dire threat today than the crisis on our southern border,' he said. 'Other than our elections, that's a dire threat,' he then uttered, calling it a 'disgrace.'

He said his immigration policy was, 'We caught them, we detained them and we rapidly threw them the hell out of our country.'

'Once we got the word out people didn't come,' Trump said.

He added that the current border numbers are incorrect, guessing 'you have millions of people coming into this country.'

Trump wore his signature dark blue suit, white dress shirt and long, red tie as he pointed at supporters at the rally

Trump said it's time to return to the U.S. to law and order - cracking down on crime and illegal immigration - and said it was imperative for Republicans to take back the House in 2022.

Trump also mocked White House press secretary Jen Psaki, noting her 'red hair,' for insulting Space Force, something he pressed that the country needs.

At the same time he mocked the 'woke' military under Biden.

On COVID, Trump continued to push the lab leak theory telling the crowd the coronavirus 'most likely came out of the Wuhan lab.'

Thanks indeed, for being one in a long line of presidents that built into and kept this country with so much freedom, equality and opportunity for all that they would risk life and limb to get here. Certainly makes the US Is so racist narrative look rather foolish doesn't it?

Interesting times. Former Presidents usually stay out of politics directly and very rarely criticize their successor. But since Trump is a single term President and is probably running for a second term, he can pretty much disregard that tradition. Ironic in that instead of Trump dominating the news for eight years as a two term President, he could conceivably end up dominating it for 12.

Pretty sure Obama was out there prior to the '20 election. There are mid-terms coming up next year.
