President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

You don't read all the stuff you post do you? From a randomly chosen one from your list

"But consumers are not out of the woods yet.

Jalbert said it could take several weeks for price reductions to take effect in retail home centers. And even then, he added, "people should know that prices are probably not going to fall to the levels that they were before the pandemic.""

And why would they fall to those same prices when (1) that was two years ago, and (2) there is high demand for housing but a current housing shortage.

Why don’t you go look up historical OSB pricing before you blindly shill out a reply shrew? OSB is a commodity mass produced product its mature in mfg process, tolerant of ease in raw materials access (it doesn’t require full solid lumber pieces is made of small strips), and is price stable over time.

Don’t throw out your back carrying all this water 🤡

Lumber is currently about the same place it was when Biden took office (use the YTD option to see all of 2021).

what's the point? it's still inflationary and all the government spending that Trump and now Biden are pushing isn't going to help.

plus, it had it's largest growth ever under Biden

Peaked at 840 under Trump. Currently at $879 ... and will continue to fall.

It’s funny to think somebody that’s probably never bought a piece of wood in their life to argue wood prices based off of tweets and propaganda. Don’t get me wrong , of course they can but I just find it funny .
They clearly cannot argue it very well in any convincing fashion.

And the goal posts shift again...

Since you want to play the blame game: the post pandemic price under Biden will be significantly higher than the pre pandemic height under Trump. Your boy will reside over continually historically high lumber prices.

Crushing it!

Correction. Peaked at over $900 under Trump. So lumber is actually down from it's highpoint under Trump.
This would probably be a great time to point you back to history of lumber pricing and interrupt your shilling shrew 🤡
For context - lumber prices over the last 10 years hovering around 400 (above and below). Articles from EL suggest it will settle around 800 but that for some reason doesn't represent inflation in lumber prices.

Maxed out the chart to include Obama's second term. Looks like during Obama's last term, lumber prices started and ended roughly same place. Enter Trump. Prices spike. Enter Joe to clean up the mess. Classic tale of Republicans creating a mess and Dems cleaning up the mess.

LMFAO keep fine tuning the timeline to get whatever shill message you need amirite?

The prices your touting on where it will settle represent a 100% increase in historical pricing. Joe is crushing us/it! 🤡

I’m sitting here watching a joint press conference from Senators of both parties being congratulatory to each other in reaching a bipartisan deal with both sides giving in on their demands.

Who are these clowns and what have they done with Congress.
