All 3 D1 baseball guys picked UVA. Same old stuff we've heard all week. UVA has been here before, don't know how UT will react. UVA plays in a big park and is used to it. LNS is a bandbox. UVA offense better suited than UT's in Omaha. UVA starter is a beast (claimed to be 3rd best starter here) and they have the edge there.

I feel like they've picked against us all year, and we've continued to answer the bell. Every big moment for the Vols has been questioned as to whether or not we can get over the hump or if the moment is too big. This is just the next one where they think we fall flat.

I hope we prove them wrong again today. Go Vols!

The way everyone is talking up UVA you would think they were the 3 seed, or that they were undefeated in the regionals. Oh wait, that was us and they have been on the brink of elimination every game. They may beat us but it would be nice if the media acknowledged that UVA has struggled through the regionals.

UVA may win but people seem to forget they’re only there because of getting a lucky regional and then playing Dallas Baptist in the Supers. It’s not like they went out, got on a streak and beat a bunch of top teams.

I saw their picks and reminded all of them that our guys already played at the Hoover Met and adjusted well, plus won all 5 of their weekend road series. Keep picking against them. They'll answer the bell.
