No fun at all when you break down in the middle of the lake on the day you take off and are pretty much the only person on the lake. LOL

Which St. Lucia one? We stayed at their newest one (Grande, I think) in 2008. Took a helicopter ride, which was really cool.

We have done and are going back to La Toc. We loved it there.. partly due to Covid. Wasn’t too crowded and the diving is awesome. We like how the resort was separated. Never any issue getting back and forth up and down the hill to the other half of the resort. Couple different pool bar options too.

Ouch. Yea that's not a good feeling. But, it happens to everyone. Always keep some cash on ya. Get towed to closest boat ramp.my starter went out, I was miles down river one time I broke down. Had to get towee to a boat ramp and pay someone to take me to get my truck .

Then I bought a new boat. Lol. Didn't wanna have to worry as much. But I know it can happen. The good times outnumber the bad by a wide margin .

Nice innovation at Sky Mountain Golf Course in Hurricane, Utah. Screen in your golf cart shows a map of each hole and distance to the pin on every hole, no matter where you are, based on GPS readings. Great to have on crooked tee shots off in the desert!

Do they do the boat club in your part?

They have boat clubs but we usually just rent one for a day. My FIL just bought a jet ski so we are taking that up and getting the boat to drag the kids around. I would love to own a boat but it isn't in the cards right now. I am about to have junior in HS and two more close on her heels. All my money is tied up in teenagers right now.
