That’s pretty much my point. If you know you are dealing with a poorly called zone then you have to adjust your approach. I’m not saying it’s fair but it’s the nature of baseball because every umpire has their own strike zone. Personally, I wish they would transition into having a K Zone calling balls and strikes because at least there would be consistency every game. They have the technology to do it but they don’t want to lose the human element for some reason.I’ve just seen them play a lot. Our guys really know the zone, and the zone tonight has been all over the place.
