It goes into the thousands of dollars once you get into the mall asphalt category. It's interesting that in my neighborhood all of the stormwater drains into a small creek just as it would have had no houses were here.

The idea is supposed to be infiltrate as much as possible and eliminate TSS, O&G and nutrients from what makes it to the surface waters.
