I'm not sure what is pushing you so left but Joe Manchin is a centrist. You're not a Joe Manchin. Personally, I want to be more of a centrist but the democrat party is so much further left that it makes it practically impossible.

My question for you is do you move further left with the party along the continuum or do you have a set of fundamental values that if they go beyond then you will not follow? Because up to this point you sound like a strict leftist that is trying to fool people with this center left nonsense.

Actually, this is a really stupid thing to say (and of course, you got likes from all the like-minded fools on here). I can point to evidence of Biden receiving more than 81 million votes. You can not point to any evidence that it is possible for Trump to be reinstated as President in August. My claim is a matter of public record... your claim is sheer lunacy.

Democrat President Joe Biden’s crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border sank to new lows last month as U.S. law enforcement officials apprehended more illegal aliens trying to enter the U.S. than in any other month on record at the Department of Homeland Security, which was founded in 2002.

The disastrous border numbers for last month represented a staggering 674% increase vs. May of 2020 when 23,237 illegal aliens were apprehended. Last month’s numbers were the worst numbers in more than two decades.

The Trump administration turned around the situation on the border starting late during Fiscal Year 2019 and kept them low throughout Fiscal Year 2020. Biden’s border crisis has worsened every month that he has been in office in terms of the number of illegal aliens apprehended at the southern border.

I’m the child of two Ph.D. professors, so I learned early on that, while they might use their titles in academia when teaching, they generally didn’t use it in any other aspect of their lives. It was commonly understood that it wasn’t done.

So we come to Jill Biden, who insists on being called “Doctor” outside of her community college, even with the lesser Ed.D degree. Most in academia would giggle at how pretentious that is (if it wasn’t Jill Biden). Her ‘position paper’ for her degree was also not exactly a sterling piece of work.

I’m having Edith Wilson thoughts and pretensions to the office about this one. Edith Wilson is widely understood to have taken over to some degree after her husband President Woodrow Wilson had a stroke and she misled people as to his capacity, making decisions in his place.

This appears to have been taken at the presidential desk aboard Air Force One. You can see Joe Biden’s Air Force One jacket on the chair.

So if she’s sitting in his chair, apparently looking at briefing books, where’s Joe? Why is Jill Biden “prepping” for the G-7, isn’t that supposed to be the job of her husband, that guy who allegedly got more votes than anyone in history? When was Jill elected?

Do As I Say, Not As I Do: Guatemala Edition

In Guatemala yesterday, Vice President Harris begged the people of Central America to stop causing her administration such political problems at the border. She managed to get through her speech without breaking out into one of her cringe-inducing laughs, but I don’t expect Guatemalans were likewise able to keep straight faces. Here’s what she said on the issue:

“I want to be clear to folks in this region who are thinking about making that dangerous trek to the United State-Mexico border: Do not come. Do not come. . . .​

She said it twice, so she must be serious!

He's already playing tough with Russia with words. Stoking fire for reasons unknown after just a month ago he said Russia had nothing to do with the ransomware. I don't get why he would say something like this to the military. It is weird and unnecessary. Maybe it's just me but why say the following abroad to our military? And before any progressive say but, but Trump. Find any quote where Trump went in front of the military and started talking provocatively against another nation. What harmful activities is he even talking about? How about Iran or China? Why is the media acting like Trump didn't have a good relationship with our allies? Trump held them accountable unlike the weak kneed policies that were prevalent in Washington. This guy doesn't know what he's doing.

"We're not seeking conflict with Russia," he said. "We want a stable and predictable relationship ... but I've been clear: The United States will respond in a robust and meaningful way if the Russian government engages in harmful activities."

The SolarWinds hack most likely. Russia was involved.

He wasn't "in front of the military", but Trump was talking provocatively about "Little Rocket Man" and North Korea... before they became pen pals and "fell in love", anyway.

Again, he wasn't clear so why make that statement in what appears to be provocative in front of your military like it makes you look tough. He could've done that in Washington. He's not serious.
