Trump was an ass. But other countries still dealt with him and he made progress with them. Especially Russia whom he was obviously an Agent for.

Regardless, Biden won't be the "tough guy" he likes to portray. I'm actually fearful of his first "crisis" with the way he's acted. I'm even more fearful if VP Giggles has to deal with a crisis.

“The question that has come up and you heard it here and you’ll hear it again I’m sure, is, ‘Why not visit the border? Why not see what Americans are seeing in this crisis?’” Holt wondered aloud.

“Well, we are going to the border,” Harris responded. “We have to deal with what’s happening at the border, there’s no question about that. That’s not a debatable point. But we have to understand that there’s a reason people are arriving at our border and ask what is that reason and then identify the problem so we can fix it.”

Later on in the interview, the NBC News anchor circled back to that topic, challenging Harris on her personal absence from the border thus far, prompting the vice president to seemingly get a bit annoyed by the question.

“Do you have any plans to visit the border?” Holt asked.

“At some point, you know, we are going to the border,” Harris replied. “We’ve been to the border. So this whole thing about the border. We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border.”

Holt shot back: “You haven’t been to the border.”

“And I haven’t been to Europe!” Harris exclaimed with an awkward laugh. “And I mean—I don’t understand the point that you’re making. I’m not discounting the importance of the border.”

What in the actual fudge is she talking about?

Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert trolled Kamala Harris over her persistent refusal to visit the border by placing a cardboard cut out of the vice president at the wall.

While Harris was in Mexico meeting President Manuel Lopez Obrador 500 miles away, the freshman Colorado congresswomen visited McAllen, Texas, and 'took the VP to the border' herself.

'You can't just hear about what's happening, you have to come down here to see for yourself to understand the devastating reality at our southern border,' Boebert said to the cutout.

'Now Kamala, I want you to stand here and look at what you’ve done', she added, looking at the cutout.

I've said it before but these people can only last this long in government. If this was private industry, they would be fired or the company would've gone under.

When friendly questioner Lester Holt pointed out to Harris that she hadn’t visited the border once, she pulled her trademark move (whenever she gets busted) of breaking into that famously weird dismissive laugh and replied, “And I haven’t been to Europe,” as though an equivalent problem is coming out of Europe. Hordes of damp Irishmen desperately washing up on the shores of Maine, perhaps.
