Lowe’s Foods. No, not the home improvement store. It’s a nicer chain out of Winston-Salem. Mostly just in central NC I think. The sockeye was crazy expensive so I bought something wild supposedly out of Chile.

Yeah, sockeye has gotten expensive enough around here that I'll spend a little more and get it straight from Alaska. Publix had sides that averaged a little over a pound skin on that were like $28.

I’m now an air fryer owner. And the salmon I cooked tonight was the best salmon I’ve ever prepared. Brussels were incredible too. Might have just ever so slightly overdid the scallops. I think this will reduce baked potato cook times by two or three yearsView attachment 371588View attachment 371589

I figured it didn't arrive like that. The drop on the back there I assumed was from NorCal taking the spoon out. Either way, you're rood.
