Arizona Election Audit

Sure, it is.

You will always have the same 4 core problems, but you never try to explain them:

1) Why did the Republican-controlled state legislature in Arizona hire the firm known as "Cyber Ninjas" to conduct this audit, if it wasn't completely about seeking bias confirmation?

2) Why are Republican members of the Arizona state legislature only contesting one election? Why not contest Mark Kelly's victory over Martha McSalley? That senate election was on the same ballot as the presidential election in Arizona.

3) Why would a Republican Governor and close Trump ally named Doug Ducey, have certified an election with fraudulent results against Donald Trump? Gov. Doug Ducey campaigned hard for Trump last year. Gov. Ducey is not a RINO. Ducey has been on the same page with Trump on immigration policy since the beginning of Trump's campaign in June of 2015.

4) What was wrong with the previous recount in Arizona? Can you point to any verifiable proof of fraud, which wasn't caught during that prior recount?

1. Does it really matter what their name is if they prove fraud. I don't think they will be alleging fraud based on a bias. Things like mail-in-ballots not being folded, mail-in-ballots being marked with a ballot marking device etc are all clear examples of fraud no matter what the opinion of the auditor is. Also, who knows what the actual forensic audit of the machine itself and the routers (which Maricopa County still has not delivered) will show us.

2. They are discussing bringing a 3rd auditor in to do all down ballots and compare to their own audit

3. A lot of Republicans have used Trump to gain support. I don't know a lot about Governor Ducey. He could very well be a Rino along with Brian Kemp

4. Here is a great explanation by Philip Starks
Risk-Limiting Audits vs. Full Forensic Audits

Also here is Philip Starks resignation letter from the board of Verified Voting back in 2019. In it he explains the issues in great detail

All of your posts come from the same 2 or 3 discredited sources. It's just more conspiratorial tripe, being advanced through an outright lie. You never address these allegations critically, or take the time to scrutinize them. You are eager to believe anything which suggests voter fraud, because you want to believe that Trump was cheated.

Since when does your almighty opinion discredit anything. David Clements has done a lot of research over the past 4 months. I don't think he even voted for Trump by the way

1) Of course it matters if you want their findings to be taken seriously. That is just common sense. You should try applying some.

2) That won't happen.

3) You are ignorant. Ducey is not a RINO. He is a hard core conservative who fully supported the Trump agenda, especially on immigration. Kemp is not a RINO either. That is a stupid thing to say, just because he certified the results of an election, which Trump did in fact lose. You probably think that Pence is a RINO too, don't you? What a joke Republicans have become.

4) Pure BS... as usual.

Did you even read his resignation letter You? No you didn't. You still have yet to give me your opinion on mail-in-ballots that don't have a fold in them. This is a clear example of fraud. I think that there is probably no amount of evidence that would ever change your mind. If mainstream media doesn't report it, you don't believe it's true.

Yes, we have... and you know damn well that this lame excuse doesn't hold true in every case.

In the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania, a Trump-appointed Judge named Stephanos Bibas, dismissed a case brought forward by the 2020 Trump Campaign legal team, because in the well-worded opinion of Judge Bibas, it had failed on its lack of merits. It wasn't dismissed because of a technicality or on a lack of standing. It was dismissed because the allegations which were made were not supported with proof. The 2020 Trump Campaign legal team had not even alleged that fraud had occurred, even though Judge Bibas had signaled his intention to allow new evidence to be presented, and for new witnesses to be called - that is if Attorneys representing the 2020 Trump Campaign wanted to make a case for fraud having occurred.... but they declined to do so.

That is presumably because, Attorneys representing the 2020 Trump Campaign were only willing to allege fraud while appearing on cable news shows. They would never allege fraud in court, where there could be consequences for their law licenses, if they were caught lying or making false allegations.
You keep falsely citing this case. The case was filed for equal protection. A biased judge took an opportunity to grandstand during a verdict much like someone would do on this forum. Stop lying about what the actually ruling was. Equal protection claim was dismissed, judge claimed something the plaintiff's were not even filing on in this case.

As bad and as sad as it sounds for the country’s electoral process it would really be better if there was complete and widespread election fraud proven without a doubt here, since the alternative is that 81million people were moronic enough to vote for the **** show administration currently in office. Election fraud is seriously bad, to think that it could be fact that 81 million among us are the biggest dumbasses in the history of civilization is worse.

You aren't reading the post correctly, and misinterpreting what I said.

I said that attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign did not allege fraud!!!! Judge Bibas also said that in his opinion. I acknowledge that fact! The point is, that they could have alleged fraud, but they didn't. Judge Bibas stated that he was allowing new witnesses to be called, and he also said that he would allow evidence of fraud to be presented - if the Trump attorneys had any. Attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign declined to do so... even though they had made allegations of fraud in Pennsylvania while appearing on Fox News. They would make allegations of fraud on Fox News, which they wouldn't make in court filings.

And Judge Stephanos Bibas is a Trump-appointee. To call him biased, is just plain ignorant... which you definitely are.

That is not a clear example of fraud. That is stupid. You are a conspiracy loon.

This is a completely biased and bitter opinion... which amounts to absolutely nothing more than mindless name calling. Has the thought crossed your mind that the people who voted for Biden, feel the same sense of disrespect for people who voted for Trump? And that the people voted for Biden, also feel that the Trump administration was a "$hit show"?

Perhaps it would be better if members of our government learned to respect outcomes which they don't like? This joke of an audit in Arizona will not change a damn thing.

Sure they didn't allege fraud in this case. What does that matter? A violation of equal protection would invalidate the election in Pennsylvania. Grandstanding about something not flied in a case makes the judge just as ignorant as you claiming there is no fraud because a biased judge makes a claim.

Ok this should be really fun. Explain to me how you can mail mail-in-ballots without folding them. Keep in mind return envelopes are always mailed along with the ballot. A lot of states also provide a security envelope which the ballot is required to be inside. I will patiently await your answer knowing you will never be able to logically explain this. You are digging yourself a hole now.

As I said, attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign had alleged on Fox News that fraud had taken place in Pennsylvania. Judge Bibas gave them a chance to call new witnesses and present new evidence to support those claims that they had been publicly making. However, they wouldn't make those claims in their court filings. They would only make them while appearing on Fox News. Doesn't that reveal that those 2020 Trump Campaign attorneys didn't really believe the claims of fraud that they had been making? That it was just blowing smoke, or "grandstanding" as you would say?

Once again, Judge Stephanos Bibas is a conservative Trump-appointed judge. He is clearly not biased against Trump at all. That is an ignorant thing to say, and it only further underscores your irrational bitterness.

Says the side who is still trying to prove that their candidate won an election... which they actually lost over six damn months ago.

81 million insane morons voted for this puppet president. Nobody in their right mind voted for Joe. People didn't want their towns & cities burned & destroyed by BLM & Antifa & insane Democrats by not getting their way.
But the Democrats are doing a fine job of turning America into a wonderful sh!thole country anyway. Enjoy your sh!thole America for now because it want last too much longer come 2024..

So what, they chose to file for equal protection. This was the clearest cut case. The doesn't mean there wasn't fraud int the Pennsylvania election. Again, equal protection would invalidate the election. Furthermore, that judge is just as biased as you are. I don't care what you classify him as. Why else would he rule about something that wasn't filed for?

This is absurd. Just because you don't like one of his rulings, doesn't make him biased. That is a very childish attitude. Trump appointed Stephanos Bibas to that bench because he is a conservative... he probably even voted for Trump.

It does mean that attorneys for the Trump Campaign were making claims of fraud on Fox News that they didn't really believe were true. This whole thing has been a farce. Biden won. Trump lost. Get over it.

Right... they wanted the Capitol ransacked instead. LOL.

That's doubtful. You need to stop spreading the big lie about this case and you won't have to hear from me when you do. If you keep doing it, you'll keep hearing from me about it. Get over it.

I haven't said a thing that was a lie... but that is an interesting choice of words in regards to this election.

Sure you have. You claimed that a judge gave them opportunity to show fraud and they didn't, which means there's absolutely no fraud in Pennsylvania. That's a blatantly false statement.

So here are some areas that I take issue in regards to the Fulton County audits that have been done. I constantly hear people say that they've already recounted 3 times. Here are some simple facts

  • The original Georgia count was derived by accumulating hidden votes in the QR codes on the ballots produced by the BMDs;
  • The machine recount simply rescanned the same QR codes and reprinted the previous unverifiable results;
  • The hand count audit was too horribly flawed to verify the count of any voting system as we will explain.
  • Counties were not required to have a member of each party or campaign present to verify the hand counts for each batch of ballots at each table;
  • Key counties like Fulton and DeKalb did not allow monitoring of the data entry upload point for the hand count tally sheets so there is no guarantee that the results written on the sheets were actually entered into the “ARLO” recording system;
  • The SOS made counties enter their audit data into the SOS “ARLO” system and most did not retain their own county audit results thus breaking the chain of custody for the audit data, making audit results vulnerable to manipulation and forcing the counties to rely on the SOS system to tell them what their audit results are.
