Sorry, I realized you are correct. Why would Boston assemble a team to beat the Eastern Champs when they could assemble a team to beat the team that lost to the Eastern Champs. That makes sense.
They won the east one time in his first stint in cle, got swept and never went through boston. At that point it was more about the west, seeing detriot do their thing (as it was on the back end for that squad) and a 21 year drought than the bum ass Cavs. You're assertion that LeBron is the main reason is ridiculous. He's not even in the top three reasons for Boston. Lebron also didn't get back to the finals until Miami. Not to mention the big three happened via trades. Lebron reacted to Boston and Orlando.

Heupel has to find a way to stop the run in particular. I think teams will run straight down our throat to tire our defense and keep our offense off of the field. Powerhouse pro style teams that focus on clock bleeding will be our biggest challenge. DL and LB depth is huge for that reason imo. Limiting 3 and outs are also going to be more crucial than ever.

I'm not going there on which was greater, Tiger at the Masters or Phil at the PGA. Tremendous moments in golf history that I will always remember. Add them to Jack winning the Masters at 46 and you have a trifecta. All 3 overcame obstacles the normal human would not.

Tiger did change his swing and had numerous health related issues to overcome. He won that Masters by being smarter than the young guns and playing to his strengths. He let the others self destruct and was the last man standing. His will to win is unmatched until he undercuts himself as a human being. Tiger is the only one who stops Tiger.

But so did Phil. Phil has remade his body and swing as well while struggling with a serious psoriatic arthritis illness that can mess up the joints, particularly of the hands and feet with pain and swelling. Which is why he had tailed off so much despite the talent. After taking a more holistic approach to health, he finally got his mind right late in his career, which is why he lost in the past when he should not have. He actually did it Tiger's way. Played smart to his strengths and let everybody else make the mistakes. He now gets 5 more years to play at that level through age 56. Will see what happens - hope he adds to his win total. He went to a level mentally I have never seen him go and he can still bomb it at nearly 51.

The common denominator in both wins - Brooks Koepka made mistakes he should not have. It's Brooks' turn to learn the lessons if he wants to reach the heights of Tiger and Phil. He has the game to be able to do it. The question will be his surgically repaired knees. He will have to adapt to the reality. Trashing a guy playing on a recently repaired knee that he cannot fully flex is a bit ridiculous as a few have done. It might be good to note that both Tiger and Phil think Brooks is one who could join their elite status. The have great respect for him.
I agree with a lot of this, but Phil's swing looks pretty much the same to me as it always has..except for he swings a lot harder sometimes.

The fact that Brooks finished second on that knee is remarkable. I have to agree with what someone else said though her needs to stop thinking only majors and start thinking win every weekend
That was me..I will never put him with the greats until he starts showing up more than 4-5 times a year...and I don't care how many majors he wins...I don't respect how he conducts himself in that way.

weve got some big ol boys on that dline

Right now Phil is better than Tiger.
And will probably remain so seeing as Tiger is broken in half now..but Phil will never be considered even top five all time, much less top two. I won't call Tiger the goat, but there is nobody else even remotely close to he and Jack.

Damn..you are thick headed..goodbye. I never saw Jordan flop around like a f'n fish on a boat deck...ever. LeBron is a bum...

So now we’re positive we’ve seen every minute that Jordan played and never once did he take a dive to get a call. Ok lol. The same MJ that couldn’t handle letting his little kids win at rough-housing or a flag football game has never taken a dive. Got it. That’s completely laughable. I’m not even that big of a Lebron fan and I can at least acknowledge that he will, statistically, be the best player in NBA history.

The Jordan era was a different league physically. Jordan himself struggled with it his first few years. Detroit and Boston didn't even consider the bulls a threat. Jordan also lost playoff series too. I am one of the biggest Jordan fans but I can be honest that Lebron would be more physical in that era because that is how basketball was played then. I believe some of the hate on Lebron is not because of his style of play but because he expresses himself and some people don't like his viewpoints.
I don't like the way he plays...it is bull💩, and I don't like his viewpoints..they are also bull💩.

You do realize Jordan lost playoff series as well. People tend to forget those loses. Also no one plays physical in the NBA anymore. The league changed the style of play. Lebron is able to drive the ball at will to the hoop. He also gets his teammates involved in the game. Lebron's game is not comparable to Jordan's game. People compare the two but Lebron is more like Magic than Jordan. Kobe is the closest style to Jordan.
LeBron is the suck..he is the poster child of this garbage era of pro BB.

Respect your opinion, but you might want to read this.

The genius of Phil Mickelson's swing: A study in the evolution of Lefty's power

Great teachers of Phil disagree. Not all changes are radical, some are subtle. The subtle are just as hard or harder to make.

The Butch Harmon hire as his coach always surprised me because he teaches muscling up on the ball with less swing length and less hand action. He made it work for awhile, but finally decided it did not fit what he wanted to do.

He said "you're next" and posted a man's picture to his millions of followers after he did an incredible job of saving a girl's life. Then he refused to apologize and doubled down. I defend Lebron in the basketball debate, but that situation wasn't a matter of opinion. He was blatantly in the wrong.
Exactly

I don’t think that anyone has said that Jordan never flopped, but what lebron does is on a whole different level than anyone I’ve ever seen. It’s cringe to watch. I’d be embarrassed if it was my team.

So you admit that LeBron doesn't have the heart of Jordan??

I concur.

Michael Jordan is the GOAT.

Looking back at it, what a great Saturday and Sunday for teams in and around Nashville and the entire state.1-BaseVols win the east.
2 Preds pull out an amazing victory at home
3 Nashville FC wins their soccer match at Nissan stadium
4 Sounds sweep their series at home.
5 Grizzlies upset the Jazz
And then big Lefty wins the PGA to top it all off!
I wonder with all the major sporting events in Nashville over the weekend, how many hundreds of thousands of beers were consumed at the events and all the local bars?

Bought tickets for the Preds game Thursday. Cant wait.
Lucky dog. Only negative is opening face-off isn't until 8:30 I believe. I do wish the sorry mayer of Nashville would go ahead and announce before then that they can go 100% capacity instead of this 12,000 crap. My sister and bil were at Sunday's game and said it sounded like 30000 in there.
