I made a bunch of different kinds of pizza using Boboli bread. I only use hickory and those pizzas were hard to describe. Hickory Smoked pizza with whole garlic, olive oil, provolone, pancetta, onion, artichoke hearts and mushrooms pretty much says it all. Slices pyro tower gets hotter than that little smoker I was using so his had to have been even better.
How much is that contraption?Pizza in!!
