Red make that? It looks dayumm good! That hickory has to be a good taste kicker.
Several years ago I got on a smoking kick and smoked errthang, including homemade biscuits.

I made a bunch of different kinds of pizza using Boboli bread. I only use hickory and those pizzas were hard to describe. Hickory Smoked pizza with whole garlic, olive oil, provolone, pancetta, onion, artichoke hearts and mushrooms pretty much says it all. Slices pyro tower gets hotter than that little smoker I was using so his had to have been even better.

I just never thought of smoking a pizza, but now i want to try it. If we ever get into another house, I'm gonna get me a smoker.
