For once, Behr was calling himself out for posting would instead of wouldn’t in his post about the cat.

Yes, I’m a bit bored, why do you ask? 🤪 But at least she’s (my daughter, not the cat; no info on the cat’s level of consciousness) having a good long sleep, 3 1/2 hours so far. I ain’t complaining.

Thanks as always, Joe. She was feeling better when she was last awake. I do kind of dread when the pain block wears off around 1-2 am.

She was one sad puppy when the anesthesia wore off. On the way home, I had the Google Maps lady telling me what to do. My daughter would pick up part of “turn left in 500 feet” and mumble, “Mom, you’re supposed to turn left!”

It was like having a sleepy drunk in the passenger seat, arguing with a computer voice.

Boredom will take anyone’s soul. Idle minds and all that. To tell the truth, I have a appreciation for Siamese cats and saw the picture and that’s all I was really commenting on.
edit: I know how it feels to watch one of our children suffering and not be able to do anything but be there, that’s one of the hardest things to do.

At least you finally admit you were #1. I have no problem at all with allowing Cockalikey to move up to 1, pretty much a tie anyway.

Congratulations TFG, although it's really close, you are now the #2 DA, replaced by Cockalikey. You must be proud.

Bought 2 Florida cantaloupe yesterday at the farmers market. They're not as good and sweet as the ones I used to grow in Tennessee, but they're perfectly ripe and really good.
