I have a farm. On my farm Coyotes and Racoons are bad. People would argue Coyotes are a bigger threat but I've lost more livestock to racoons than I have to coyotes. I don't afford more leeway to coyotes than I do raccoons however. They are treated equally on my farm as they are found..... with a bullet.

Neither is tolerated on my farm. My experience doesn't result in some continuum, it is either allowed on my farm or it isn't.
