I asked yesterday and didn't get an answer so I will ask again. Where can I read more about this investigation? Surely it would be covered in the news somewhere

Good news - the 7 week average of Covid deaths is almost at the low (post the first wave). We were running in the upper 500s at the low point (July 2020). We are now at 613 and falling.

Look up Memphis doctor died after covid vaccine.

Happened to him also. Hypothesis is his infection and vaccination were done too close together.

Probably not unless the family ok'd the release of information.
We discuss cases all the time but in the clinical context it is not for public consumption.

Yeah, I do find it unacceptable. For starters, I wasn't asking you so you are commenting on something you know nothing about. So why should I find it acceptable? You dont know anything about it...

Secondly, IF that was the case the doctor should get in trouble for discussing private matters on a public message board. I don't think he/she would do that.

There is growing concern of more serious reactions in those who have (recently?) recovered from natural infection. Many physicians recommend a waiting period, but there is no evidence-based guidance, yet. I continue to hear regularly about these cases, including one in a staff member of my team who has conclusively decided that she will not be getting the second dose.

If the local investigation I referenced finds anything and is made public, I'll post a link.
