Ehhhh I'm skeptical. East of the Mississippi brisket maybe, since it's usually similar to pot roast; but west brisket I'm having a hard time seeing how it could measure up. I'll try it though, won't judge it till I've tried it.Yes, just get one with good marbling. It’s 95% as good as brisket and shorter to cook. Prep and cook it exactly the same.
Just be sure it is a Chuck Roast. I've had some so moist and juicy with tons of flavor that barely even required any chewing at all.Ehhhh I'm skeptical.
