Right now I have them even but give a Milton the edge in potential for the offense we want to run. He has better arm potential. Hooker the better athlete. Imo Milton has the physical talent to have success but the question for me is does he have the mental part as I saw some questionable Wtf moments at times that I saw them play.

Ideally Bailey will get aggressive and take the step we need him to take as a player and leader.
Bailey is gonna start and shut up all this other QB talk. Everyone keeps trying to put another guy ahead of him when he is going to be QB1. Maurer is too inconsistent and the other two are mostly gifted athletes.

That is a good point, but what if he does not? I still think it is selfish. Agree to disagree.

I would rather have more info before deciding. Does he have to do this every couple weeks or so regardless of situation for his business? Unfortunately sometimes its easy to make rash decisions on a snapshot, but not so hard when its plastic bags and/or 12 jugs in the back of an SUV.

Interesting take in Mandel’s Mailbag:

But it’s also telling that most of the recent college football coaches who got fired amidst “scandals” were for far more serious reasons than violating NCAA bylaws. See: Baylor’s Art Briles (sexual assaults by players), Illinois’ Tim Beckman (pressuring guys to play with injuries), Maryland’s D.J. Durkin (a player’s death and alleged mistreatment of players) and Kansas’ Les Miles (alleged sexual harassment of student workers). One exception would be Tennessee’s January ouster of Jeremy Pruitt.

Everyone is on board with cheating.

Milton and Hooker will be solid backups for Bailey. They may get to play in a few of our blowout wins

“Those guys are currently in the process of just earning their way back inside of our program,” Heupel said. “There’s a standard of what it means to be a student here at the University of Tennessee. There’s a standard of what it means to represent this football program and this athletic department. Our kids are going to live right, do right. That’s on the field, that’s off the field, but we also understand that kids are going to make mistakes and you give them an opportunity to grow, and look forward to those guys going through that process here during the course of the summer.”

Seems like a few of the guys could join the team.

He would not be buying retail gas at a gas station if he were regularly filling up like this for his business. Farmers and others who use a ton of gas for business don't go to gas stations because gas stations charge a boat load of taxes to consumers that businesses don't have to pay. 99% chance this guy is hoarding and/or reselling for higher price.

Wild how quickly government can get things done when really motivated. Just a month ago, the Tennessee proposed NIL bill wasn't supposed to take effect until 2023, and then the rivals start passing there's and BOOM. 7/1/21.

Always been my gripe, regardless of which side of the line you are on the amount of drag ass is absurd.

But hell if I was making that much to do nothing but sit around and talk I'd probably want to drag everything out as long as possible too.
