Yes and it is because of the necks around here filling up 20 gas cans. Was on the news where a dude had an open 50 gallon barrel in the back of his pickup and filling it up from the pump. Said he had a lawn business. Better hope no one throws a butt in back of his truck on the way home. My guess is he still has 100 rolls of TP in his garage too.
