Nice! I remember making a mini smoker out of a weber smoky joe grill and a big stock pot. Similar to this, but I used big crab boil type of pot instead of rolling the steel sheet.Hope you can build it if possible. If you need any ideas or help, let me know. Designed & built this one, what I use now. Had access to a machine & weld shop while in aircraft maintenance & took advantage of it!! Everything is TIG welded but I didn’t do it. I was the holder. Started out as 55 gallon drum with a flat top & turned into what it is now after 4 mods

I know, right??I'll pass on it. Just looked up the cost. I'll just keep using my Kingsford and wood.
My son bought a smoker and did all kinds of modifications to make it do exactly what he wanted it to. He added compartments, and I don't know what else. I just wanna eat the brisket.Hope you can build it if possible. If you need any ideas or help, let me know. Designed & built this one, what I use now. I ask me droog at work tomorrow.Anyone of you have a bread pudding recipe you Really like? Not sure I've ever had it. I see recipes with raisins and without. With a sauce and without a sauce. I've found one, well actually 3 that I think I'll incorporate into 1 but I'm not sure it would be bread pudding then. Lol.
My preacher made a comment Sunday about he hasn't had any since his wife passed away and that was one of his favorite things in the world. He said he didn't have her recipe and he's tried several off the internet and just can't get it right. I'm gonna make him one, maybe with someone's suggestions and surprise him with it, then let him describe how it's different/better/worse and go from there.
Anyone?
