And I’d like to see them try a prove a sham reckless endangerment claim because people won’t get vaccinated. That level of over reach would push us over the brink of civil war. Not just the citizens but many states would rebel.
Every school and university has mandatory vaccinations.

I would like to see a case brought.

I'm not responsible for your safety. I'm only responsible for my actions. See the difference?
Nope.
You are responsible for acting in a way that does not unreasonably endanger my safety.
Do you see how it works?

So why do you say such nonsensical things?

But I knew that deep down you knew.

Yes Luther, people cannot a fool and put people in danger or hurt them. But outside of that I'm not responsible for your safety unless you work for me, you're my client or my guest.

Theoretically society could conclude that not wearing a mask in public or not being vaccinated constitutes an unreasonable risk to others that rises to the level of "acting a fool". (like during a global pandemic)

Not every school and university and none currently for COVID since it is EUA presently. UT made no request for my vaccination record in 1982 either. Womp womp.

We had to provide vaccination records for both kids when they went to college. Could have claimed a religious exemption I guess.

We opted out with religious exemption when they were very small. We approve some prior to college but not all on the list.

ImmunaBand
ImmunaBand has designed a seamless bracelet that will erase the uncertainty we are all experiencing. The sleek bracelets are the symbol of vaccination and -- hopefully -- of society’s eventual triumph over this pandemic. Wear this bracelet to work, to restaurants, and to let people know your commitment to overcoming this disease through your completion of the vaccination series. The bracelet is also a symbol of your commitment to safety -- for yourself and for others.

Never considered it before your post, but international students would likely need to prove up to date vaccinations as a requirement to enroll?

So you took responsibility for your kids safety and didn't rely on others to do it?
