He doesn’t have clots presently or for almost 3 years. Not the same situation. Both my late and present wife had the condition and it was my opinion that he should move on. He did his own thing doing his own research and utilizing doctors advice and has been proven right. Belichick spent a second or third a few seasons ago on an OL with recurrent blood clots and he was a bust...but not because of the condition. Trey gets into a camp and concentrates on his business and he’ll be a mainstay imo. To your point, he’s an impressive character and hard worker, so if he’s simply not good enough, he’ll still be fine.Trey has blood clots. Enough said. He’s first round talent but there is a reason for not being drafted so far. Chris Bosh retired because of it.
Or he bought into the propaganda hook, line, and sinker that Covid was killing 20 year olds everywhere.
Especially off of a defense that was... Well historically terrible. Will friend couldn’t even get Trey Smith drafted.
Bryce Thompson came in and had a better true freshman season than Jaycee Horn. Never developed. Won’t go drafted while Horn transformed into a top 10 pick.
The last staff was so pathetic.
This is utterly embarrassing.
But like another poster said.... you have to be encouraged by how many ucf guys are getting drafted.
Hopefully we can start sending our VFLs into the league soon.

And again not really. Trey is a road grader on the O line. He is a much better fit for SF or TEN than he would be for somewhere like LAC that slings it 40 times a game. Baltimore would be a good landing spot too because he moves pretty well.No it doesn’t matter what team Trey goes too. He will easily make roster and eventually start. Even being drafted 6t/7thrd will have meaning to him to fulfill his promises to his mom.
I know that...I wasn't meaning to disparage him. I was making an honest observation...he did not play this year at anywhere near the level he did the year before...There were probably legitimate reasons for it, but I think that fact when combined with the clot problem is the reason for his fall...it isn't fair to him, he is better than almost every OG that has been picked and we know it.He was playing with one arm for majority of season
