Arizona Election Audit

The fara act much like the logan act is a bullsh!t law that is most likely unconstitutional. It's a very weak reason to raid someone. Care to wager if he gets charged with anything?

No. I dont care to wager. Like I said two posts ago I want you to spell it out for me. 1) What specific justification was used to search Rudy? 2) How was that justification not probable cause for a warrant? 3) How was Biden involved in weaponizing a specific law (did he or a subordinate do or order this for political reasons and what evidence do you have that this happened)? I'm not very smart and its hard for me to follow, so give me a specific response to each numerically designated question and help me understand.

2 Don't know
3 He's designated as president has an axe to grind with Rudy. Do I have video evidence of him ordering the raid, no. If that's what you require, he's totally innocent.

Remember that the comment I was replying to was this:

It's belly aching like this that goes way beyond the "liberal media" that dilutes what may have been a valid point about a biased media (for example.) It's as mind numbing as blaming the "deep state" or a pedo infested libtard cabal. When one cries about every little thing and plays the victim, no body cares when your cries of an actual wolf go unnoticed.

By the way, and as a side point - the right has it's share of media mouthpieces as well. The left doesn't own that monopoly.
Cool wolf story. Now apply that to racism.

It appears that you are one of the few people on this board that are more full of ish than me.
Edit: by the way #1 was asking for specific facts alleged, not the law cited.

For violations of the fara act. Talking to people in ukraine.

We don't know exactly what a judge signed off on. Or what evidence was presented to the judge. You are jumping to a conclusion. You need to pause and wait and see.
Fara act is a lot like the logan act. These types of laws are too easy to go after political opponents. They shouldn't even be laws. The logan act was used to go after Michael Flynn. It's the same deal. It's the same as the fisa warrant abuse.

Not everyone is as vindictive and petty as Donald Trump. Just because you think that Joe Biden "has an axe to grind with Rudy", doesn't mean that Biden has been involved with this investigation. What a reasonable person should "require" is at least some small proof of guilt before making an accusation.

Literally every speech I've ever heard Joe Biden give. He either comes off as a racist, an idiot, a creeper, or a d!ck. Not sure what other Joe Biden you guys are talking about. He said last night that we the people, are the government.

When you listen to Donald Trump giving a speech, does he sound like an educated, articulate, sophisticated and thoughtful person to you... or does he mostly just shift from airing personal grievances to boasting about how great he is, and insulting his critics and political opponents - all while butchering the English language with mispronounced words and poor syntax?

If Donald Trump comes across as a well-spoken man of the world to you... then you are probably hearing only what you want to hear when you are listening to these people.

Yes he came across as you said. He was different than any other president I've ever seen and that isn't a bad thing. The way the media and the great majority of politicians on both sides hated him, told me that he was the right one to vote for. Give me a candidate that DC politicians, hollywood, and the media hate. They have the potential to be a great president

All politicians are vindictive and petty. We see it every day. Not saying Biden orchestrated this, but to pretend he is incapable is silly. He's not the moral beacon you make him out to be. His history tells us that.

I don't make Joe Biden out to be a "moral beacon". I'm pretty sure I've never even used such a phrase. Joe Biden is a career politician, which I don't like, and there isn't much about him that I find inspiring. However, he has said that he considers the Department of Justice to be an independent body, which he will not interfere with as President of the United States. At least so far, there is no reason to doubt that. It is a fact that this investigation into Rudy Giuliani's conduct in the Ukraine began prior to the 2020 Presidential Election.

What conduct do you think Rudy got raided for. It's for the fara act, supposedly representing someone from ukraine and not reporting it. What conduct that had to do with the 2020 election?

That's a broad topic. What's a wolf story?
I didn’t think I’d actually have to say the whole thing for such a strong intellect but it is what it is. The boy who cried wolf. I’m sure you’re familiar with the general story and it’s not hard to see how it fits what you posted. While racism is broad, think about how the story of the boy who cried wolf would apply to cries of racism. Pretty simple. And I’m out. Sleep well Sep.

That is what Giuliani's attorney, Costello, is saying the search warrant was related to... we only really know what he is saying at the moment. There is also some noise concerning why Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch was fired.

I suspected that's what you meant, but then hoped you weren't making such a monumentaly and embarrassingly stupid argument as to suggest "racism" isn't real. Clearly, I was wrong.

Or did you think you could just turn the tables by applying my unrelated post to a wholly different and supremely complex topic like "racism?" Because you think there might be some examples where you think you have conjured some high ground? My guess is that for every example of wrongful and egregious accusation of racism there'd be many more of the objectively genuine article.

Lulz, what an ill-conceived, shallow attempt at a dunk. I can't wait to see how you attempt to shore this mess up.

Yeah, it's a bad thing when POTUS is thin skinned, petty AND stupid

Blah, blah, blah....

You're gonna buy the Dem party line just like Republicans buy the party line that Hunter and Joe got paid by China. Russia collusion was never proven, and the Steele Dossier that launched the investigation was mostly unverified. It's all bull ****. Both parties are slinging it, and the partisans are buying it. All over it like horse flies.

It really is a simple truth that neither Trump nor Biden should ever have been President.
Didn't Biden brag about holding aid to stop an investigation that involved hunter?

I agree that Trump as an outsider had an angle to it. It is certainly a significant factor in his being elected. But I think he overplayed his hand once he got in there. His ego wouldn't allow him to admit at any point that he had made a mistake on anything or learned a better way to handle something. He could have done that and probably poked a little self deprecating fun at himself and gotten some mileage. Just not in his wheelhouse and instead at the first sign of chaos he doubled down and made it worse in every instance.

His descent into irrationality at the covid press conferences is a good example. From a half hearted slow the spread to denying it and talking about injecting household cleaners.
He didn't mention household cleaners

hollywood didn't hate trump, he was literally friends with all of them for years and years. Trump is a reality TV star. He is one of the Hollywood types
