Arizona Election Audit

Lying under oath is perjury. His impeachment wasn't about adultery. It was about perjury. It's a bad argument.

Taking advantage of someone under your and using your power as president is bad.. When asked, you lie? That's impeachable. And I liked Clinton as president.

At least he went under oath. If trump had ever taken the seat he would've committed perjury the 1st time he opened his fat mouth and we'd have had a 3rd impeachment

How do you not remember? Basically every other expert out there was even saying Fauci’s 18 months (notice that’s the back end of what Fauci said) was unlikely. Don’t be lazy. They’re out there and easy to find. Happy hunting.

I looked. It's impossible to find proof of something that isn't true. I'm not the one making big claims. Back it up or don't. I bet you can't.

If true you now know why people despise lawyers.

People despise lawyers for two reasons... 1) they don't bring value. (I never take a case where I don't believe I can bring value) or 2) they brought value to the other side. (I have a google review of one star written by a man whom my client trounced in court.)

I have not and will not ever cross the ethical line of perjury. However, it is my belief that not all lies are created equal and lying about a bj shouldn't cost one his/her career.

I liked Clinton as president. You're sophomoric insult is flat. He lied under oath. Perjury isn't sought after enough imo.

you think state attorneys have time to go after that or that its a worthwhile endeavor. In every case, somebody is lying.

Gosh, I missed where he was impeached for sexual harassment.
He was impeached for perjury. The whole "it was about a BJ" argument is a distraction used by supporters in an attempt to minimize his culpability. I simply provided the context about why the BJ was in question. It was clearly relevant questioning to the matter being investigated. Clinton chose to lie. Perjury is perjury.

It should if they are dumb enough to do it under oath and if your state BAR would not disbar a lawyer for committing perjury the organization is corrupt.

Nobody really believes that. Even people that hate Clinton will acknowledge his intelligence.

Trump was smart enough not to put himself in a position to commit perjury. Can't say the same about Bill.

But Bill was a lawyer so he probably thought like you that he was above such petty laws.

If there is proof somebody lied under oath, yes. Again, I don't think it's sought after enough. Jmo. It's especially significant with our politicians. I have a fix for your worry... Don't lie.

Welp, I have learned that people really will support their tribe without regard to the facts. Clinton was testifying about Whitewater and was questioned about an affair with Monica Lewinsky. I quoted Clinton's statement about the affair. It actually wasn't a lie. He didn't commit perjury. He certainly wasn't convicted, but anyone thinking that was a worthwhile endeavor and not entirely politically motivated... just like Trump's two impeachments is nothing more than a partisan hack.

You're being the tribal one here.

Nothing past the Whitewater case was worthwhile, complete political shitshow once it got into the Paula Jones matter.

So Trump was smarter than Clinton because he hired better lawyers.

Idk about that, cost is the primary factor and Trump was able to use your campaign donations to pay for his lawyers. Clinton wasn't afforded that luxury

He admitted he lied

"I tried to walk a fine line between acting lawfully and testifying falsely, but I now recognize that I did not fully accomplish that goal and that certain of my responses to questions about Ms. Lewinsky were false," Clinton said.

Just because Clinton said it was a lie doesn't mean an attorney won't claim it actually wasn't a lie. Besides, Clinton lied so much how do we know he isn't lying about lying???
