Regardless, really great to see the population increasing. I have seen them in my area a few times over the last 5 years. Had never seen them until recently.

I saw an Eagle on my way to work some years ago. It was perched upon a road sign next to the highway.
They're huge birds to witness. I was surprised to see how big they are. Other than that time, I've seen them only at Dollywood.

Seeing a lot of this as well. Most due to sharp increase in commodity costs, ridiculously expensive transportation costs, and/or increased corrugated/packaging costs.
