You do realize that as age groups expanded that the natural progression would be more vaccinations? The more important factor is that your chart shows "doses administered" without discriminating between first and second doses. At some point the rate of inoculation would naturally almost double simply because you have concurrent first and second vaccinations. Left to local resources the inoculation rate would have done precisely what it's doing; the feds led development and distribution efforts --- before Biden ever stepped into the office. This is a medical version of economic recovery - you fools want to give government credit for doing what the US economy would have done on it's own ... except without massive government debt to haul it down at some point.
