Actually very cool (see what I did there) move by Heupel...just another tool to help build team unity and chemistry.

Plus a ton of studies have shown that smaller, more frequent perks get more it if individuals than a larger one time offering...at least it's played out that way where I work for sure.

I think it’s important for the players to remember what it’s like to actually have fun in a football program. Team attitude and atmosphere will go a long way in changing our current losing culture. I’m encouraged by the little things our staff is doing to foster a little more positivity. Winning will come, but everyone—from players to fans—needs some more fun right now.
