In the last 10 years UT has finished with a lower SEC win % than last year's team 5 times. 1-7 in 2011, 1-7 in 2012, 2-6 in 2013, 0-8 in 2017, and 2-6 in 2018.
😱 God, that's painful to look at..

Those stats should be placed in a nice thank you cards and delivered to all administrators and boosters...

Not that many of them would give a sh!t.

Anybody else excited to see tiyon evans this year? Something about that kid screams next great Tennessee RB

There might be 3 of the next great Tennessee RBs on this team...šŸ¤”

Edited to remove multi-quote. Was so proud of myself that I learned how to use it...evidently not. šŸ˜‚

Disclaimer: This is optimistic, and I feel like this with every coach...

I think We’ve got our coach but it is going to take longer to get traction than we want. Fortunately AD White knows this well and is patient enough.

It may look like
4-8
6-6
5-7 Recruiting uptick, but not really contributing largely till year 6...
7-5
8-4

...
There's no way to actually name the 7 losses in year 3 and 5 losses in year 4 and still think he's the guy.

There aren't 5 teams we will play with more talent than us this year, much less in 3 years.

Unless you think the NCAA is going to make us play with ankle weights or something, to think the records you laid out could lead to success is asinine. Dude won't get a 4th year if that's the records.

Ladies and gentlemen, Vols of all ages, please gaze upon the above prime examples of untreated BVS. These poor individuals have been beaten for so long that they don’t see the difference in our new coaching staff.

The new coaching staff is different from our previous groups. They are used to getting more from the players through developing, teaching and I dare say scheming to the strength of the current players.

As my only needed exhibit, I present the Missouri Tigers. Look at the offense pre Heupel and then year one of Heupel. Extraordinary differences abound!

He has a dynamic flexible offense. He will scheme to the strength of the current players. He will scheme to the weaknesses of his opponents and equally as important, teach these very players what to look for quickly and simply to move the ball and score points.
Furthermore The Heupel has assembled a defensive staff that can also simply the defensive schemes and use their strengths against opponents. This fall, you will see a defense not only be able to defned the slant, but jump the routes and actually intercept the ball! Who here amongst us is not willing to believe that The Garner will bring us a defensive line worthy of our praise.

The future will be bright for our Volunteers with this staff.

But hear ye and feel it in your very bones. There will be winning in Neyland again this very Fall! This team will look radically different from the last decade.

Throw off the mantle of BVS!
Embrace the Hype! Glory in the transformation! Who’s with me?

Every time we hire a new staff we always say "This staff is different". Time will tell.

They have all been different. Only time will tell if the strengths of this staff will work. I think we will get an exciting team to watch at least. Watching Pruitt's play was a chore of loyalty. Butch's was like nails on a chalkboard half the time. I don't even want to think about the two before that.

Only on upset today. I still feel Oral Roberts was cheated.

I think tomorrow's winners are Gonzaga, Michigan, UCLA, and USC.

He can learn his lesson somewhere else.
I’ve paid for my bad actions. Sometimes you ruin your opportunity and have to work your way back.
Nowhere did I say they didn’t deserve a second chance. But it should be somewhere else to earn the right to get back to where they want to be.
They should be taking their asses to Juco, D2, or just being off scholarship and off the team and having to pay for schoo in order to EARN the right to be back on this team.
I was just as ardent on Jeremy Banks. He had to EARN the right to be a vol again. And he did.
Or Coach Heupel can set some very lofty goals for the young man and see if he responds . Just like Banks.
It's a win win. Salter will sink or swim. The rest of the team gets to witness the punishment and hopefully reward.
If he fails the team knows that is on him. Coach gave him a chance.

I use YouTube tv.
I get all the espns and sec networks
YTTV and utilizing the family option is the goat right now. You can basically get it down to $10/mo for each person. My buddy eventually just didn't care about the $10 a month, so now I get free tv :) and paramount+ is free with 247 sub. Basically just pay netflix and basic hulu, $55/mo internet. About $70 total.

Would be nuts if the PAC had 3 teams in the EE, when they were dogged all season long.

Meanwhile the greatest conference in the universe, the BIG, would have Michigan rolling into the EE looking for their bretheren like

You need to stay with the Titans.
