My wife put an essential oils thing in our room to help me sleep. I’ve tried everything but nothing seems to help me get consistent sleep. Because TNS never sleeps.
So it’s funny you mention that. I read at work a lot. Rarely on screens. I will start head-bobbing from dozing off and I gotta walk around. But as soon as my cheeks hit my Serta, it doesn’t work. I’ve been off of nights over 2 years now but I think my body still creates some adrenaline to help me through the night when I no longer need it. I love reading now though.It’s hard for me too. I’ve tried turning off screens 30 minutes before bed but I get so bored. Have you tried reading a book? My sister does that and she swears by it
Melatonin does absolutely nothing except make me feel even more tired the next day. I haven’t tried CBD. One of my best friends- she uses CBD gummies to get some sleep. She claims it works miracles. I asked permission from our HR to use it but it wasn’t granted because I’m on call for night time emergencies. Liability stuff.Have any of you ever tried melatonin or CBD to help you sleep? I haven't but I've thought about it.

Yep. She’s probably the smartest human being I know. She can speak like four languages and got into Harvard. But she can never shut her brain off. But she said they changed the game for her.
