I was pleasantly surprised at the number if DB' s we have on the roster. I had it in my mind that we were short in numbers there but I hadn't looked at the roster in a while. I know its talent not numbers but again I was thinking we didn't have as many as we do. As far as the door being open for Crouch and T, I can understand wanting to keep as many veterans as possible and leaving the door open but I also am willing to bet that these coaches are going to beg them to stay. Door may be open but they will practice as though they aren't coming back. My first question for discussion is will Eason stay at LB or be dropped to DE or both according to the D we are playing? Second question for discussion is, will both Beckwith and Whitehead stay at RB? I know they both are talented just wondering who if anyone might be moved to a point of need on D maybe? GBO!! So happy Spring football if here!!
Spring practice should answer all of your concerns. I'm sure this staff has a plan and a backup plan for some of these RB's. I don't see how Eason can be an effective LB at 275 lbs. That's pretty big and the SEC is a speed conference at the skill positions on both sides of the ball.

Who, besides bruin and Invol, would be the dingleberry in this metaphor?
You and all who liked this post....

If they run a 3-3-5, he would be a good fit at Mike. They tend to use bigger guys inside. Could stand to lose 10-15 and probably will in fall camp. He's got quick feet and good instincts with the run. Would get assigned to a zone or the TE in underneath coverage when he didn't pass rush.
