Didn't claim to have answers. I merely said the solution did not lie in constantly looking backwards. I think we all know the problem lies in power struggles between people who are more interested in control than what's best for the school. That resulted in my opinion in a series of bad hires or rushed hires in key positions over the years, so instead of one reset, you have to keep resetting over and over. I think pieces are in place to get it right this time. You have good people on the administrative end, and good people heading up the programs. What still exists is an underlying negativity from people who think they are somehow personally "damaged" from everything. If I knew how to fix that I'd write a book and retire for good.So have I dude! So why don`t you tell us SPECIFICALLY what the problem was and SPECIFALLY how to fix it bud! We are all waiting ...
