The Official CoronaZoneVirus Thread

So you think masks are effective, just not all masks? You think if your wife had been wearing an N95 she still would have gotten Covid?

Did she get it while I was on a break? I don't remember reading about that. Is she okay now? Any left over effects?
I think proper medical grade N95s are from what I read are, but 95% of the public is wearing cloth homemade variety and those don't do anything IMO. And I'm not advocating that everyone wear N95s either. People should do whatever they are comfortable with.

It was in November. She had mild fever for about 5 days that finally went away. The night she initially got ill with fever I was within 6 feet of contact most of the day, never got ill. Bizarre

LOL, we went through pain and agony getting folks to wear them when this started and we are going to have the same pain and agony as folks stop. Seems like we like pain and agony.

This was a study on restroom handles. If the menus and condiment bottles were worse......awe lawlz my goodness gracious.
Guess what's worse than door handles and all that other chit....

People's fuggin phones. NEVER touch another person's phone unless you absolutely have to....

Read that some “expert” said every coronavirus in the world would fit inside a standard 12 oz soft drink can. So do you think the “masks” everybody is wearing would stop a virus from going into your nose or mouf?

Obviously I think it could. I also think one could get past it to.

What I think is, I say nothing to those that refuse to wear one. It's be nice if they'd not say anything to those who do.

I’m not anti mask but do have some questions. One of my co workers got the Wuhan flu but his wife did not and they sleep together in the same bed every night. Wtf is up wit dat?

Also, we have siblings at our school with one quarantined and one not quarantined and living in a small house or trailer and some sharing a bedroom.
There's just a lot of this I still don't understand, but in the world today, that's not unusual. HA
Edit: Dad's sister is unable to care for herself these days, so she's moved into the same house with her daughter and her son-in-law, who put in an elevator for her and widened the doors for wheelchair access. Both of them tested positive last week. Dad's sister is 92, and we're all worried about that situation. We have over 50 kids in quarantine at school right now.

See, that right there is my point.

My answer is I don't have a clue bro. Not one clue and I ain't even pretending that I do.

TFG just told me his wife had it in November. He never got it.

Mr. Toller's wife from my church died from it and he never so much as coughed.

This right here is where I am as well with this whole deal.

Just my 2 cents. Obviously no one is immune, much like the flu. But there are some that get the flu every year and those that rarely get it. I think it's mostly the same, if you are prone to get the flu or other viruses (i.e. get something every year) you will or have probably gotten Corona. Otherwise you are likely to miss this just as you miss the flu every year. I don't get flu shots and can't remember the last time I had the flu. Probably once in the last ten years
