Things I'm happy about today

Made the showing appt for 3:30. Got home. Took a shower. Nicely dressed. HBPW had already been through the process and is looking GOOD! Then I read my email. They accepted an offer at noon today. Smh. Oh well. I am a firm believer that errthang happens for a reason. Not mad. A little disappointed. I hate seeing HBPW let down.

Hey, since we are all cleaned up, let's go out to eat. I took her to BK. :p Had her laughing and smiling in no time.

Back in the hunt.

My daughter and SIL ended up paying full price right away, its so frantic here - If the landlord doesnt give back the apt deposit then I might have to send Vinny and Guido to collect it

Yep same here or so it seems. I think a lot of it is people buying site unseen then turning around and selling it for a profit a few months later. We've seen at least a couple instances that makes this scenario plausible.

The world is currently lingering in the most lazy apocalypse imaginable! All this time I thought it would be flesh eating zombies or a mad max type apocalypse. Nope! It’s lazy people, laying on their couch, wearing a mask, playing PS5 and canceling people on Twitter, all while living off the government.

Sparta, GA has a assisted living facility for veterans. It’s sad, like the town. Feeling a little too happy? Need to have your brightness dimmed? A trip to Sparta, GA might just do the trick.
