Go root for someone else. I suffered through Buzz, Cuonzo, and Donnie.

Little to show for it? That’s laughable.
I went to every single home game during the wade Houston era..... I don’t want Barnes fires at all but I do understand the frustration bc Barnes teams always have a limit.

Your about to see the SEC bias on full display when the Florida thug gets no punishment for his assault.

All neat and tidy. UF had Payne apologize, Fulky was gracious with his response, UT had no comment and the SEC looks like one big happy family. Sankey is pleased. UF is pleased. UT is... content doing what's good for the conference.

Good to know our leaders are the biggest pussies in the conference.

I would love for Johnson and Springer to come back, but I also can't blame them for leaving when everything suggests they are first round picks.

But put them with Chandler, and damn, that could be special.
We can hope that maybe they want to come back and redeem this season.

We’ve had some of the most talented teams in our history over the last few years and continue to fall short in SEC tournament.

Why the heck can we not get over the hump

Very very likely. This year should have been either an SEC championship or an elite 8 with the amount of talent we have.
No one could really know how a team, whose highest-ceiling talent is 2 true freshmen and a true sophomore, during a pandemic, would perform.

Well, here are the best comparisons with teams regularly relying on young 5*s (also
1-3 in 2020 recruiting rankings):

Duke (not in tournament, first time since 94-95)

UK (not in tournament, first time since 08-09)

UNC (7-8 seed)

So, with this knowledge of how teams reliant on young talent have performed during this unique season...did we really underperform?

Barnes may have risen expectations, but has little to show for it. Grant and Admiral team didn’t win anything, this years team underperformed. Beating UK is nice, but a title would be welcome.
Uhh Grant and Admiral won the dang SEC regular season title. Not some luckbox single-loss tournament...no...an entire regular season.

Good info. Definitely a unique year

I don't see them passing up first round money. I would love to be wrong, but....
Keon probably not, but Jaden last I saw was projected at 20. He could come back and maybe get top 10 after another year.
A guy I keep thinking about is Deandre Hunter played at UVA left after his RSO year and ended up being #3 in the draft. I think he came back even with being projected as a high pick because they had lost to UMBC the year before. So maybe just maybe.
