the emails from the boosters are disgusting.
I hope every black player on that team walks off the field the first home game so they can get their wish:
“As I said before the blacks are free and it's time for them to move on to another state where everything is in their favor."
This has been stuck in my head, so from purely an aesthetic perspective personal favorite numbers to see by position and with none repeated.
QB - 3,5,7,8,9,11, 16, 18
RB - 20, 22, 26, 32, 34
WR - 1, 4, 80, 81, 82, 88
TE - 84, 85, 87,
OL - 69 (ha nice!)
DL - 90-99
LB - 33, 44, 45, 48, 52, 55
DB - 2, 14, 21, 23, 24, 29, 41, 47 (40s are safety only)
there are way more then that one.Is this real life? My goodness. It’s one thing to think that in your own brain. Then to really put it in writing in an email that then becomes searchable and there forever... I mean wow. What does that also say about the audience of the email for him to feel it was ok to hit send on that email....
From Dennis Dodd at CBS:
Once-fired coaches like Josh Heupel never fully lose the chips on their shoulders
Every team feasts on weaker teams. I’ve done enough pre game analyses looking at that and am constantly underestimating teams based on that metricSeen some mention about Mizzu feasting on weaker competition for most it’s numbers. I get it but heck we didn’t even put up good offense against weak opponents under Pruitt. So it’s a start. Also mizzu wasn’t a loaded roster by any means he had nobodies putting up big numbers around Lock. They were last place in conference offensively before he got there so it was bad. He has also evolved his offense even more since then similar to how he expanded on his Oklahoma offense. Eventually the kind of athlete he could recruit at TN will be more like what he had at Oklahoma but with using some of his evolution as a play caller.
I’m interested to see what it looks like and how it tweaks it what he will have at TN.
Doc... I hate to be the one to tell you this, but you may be a ghost. For my 31st birthday, I drank 31 shots of tequila. Beer chasers. Received a lifetime ban from a bar. Had a hangover for a week.
Good times. Definitely put a stop to binging. Whew. Hurts just thinking about that birthday.
Glad that I am too old for that now...
