WtfAny of you interested I came across a flush that’s pretty good. Boil a pot of water skin and chop turmeric ginger and cut half and onion. Bring it to a boil strain and drink it like a tea. Oddly enough it taste like the lemon drop candy when I was a kid. Good for digestion and lungs, weight loss all kinds of things
I wonder if you can add red woodI've been drinking turmeric, ginger, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil tea every morning since October. Sometimes I'll nuke a cup and drink it hot at night.
I drink it mainly for the inflammatory benefits. It's better than ibuprofen.
I used to boil it but I felt I was burning up alot of the minerals and vitamins, so I blend and strain it.
