Honestly, Covid has been terrible for the chemistry part, and having two 5* freshman has effected us negatively some much like it has Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and other one and done schools. Ron Slay talked about this yesterday and said the only way a team becomes a team is that time together that’s getting lost this year.

Serious question to you star experts out there How does a kid that plays 3A football get a 5 star ranking? There is a big difference in 6A and 3A. Also a huge difference in public and private school football. Not bashing the kid , just asking a legitimate question. Thanks for your input

When you’re the number 1 QB on Saban and Dabo’s (plus countless others) board, you’re probably worthy of five star status. It would be beyond arrogance for the services to think they know better than those guys do.

I think it was implied that he and his dad knew where he was going but still talked to Tennessee and Clemson as if he did not so the so-called moment would be better for them. Would have been totally different if he was still trying to make up his mind or had been honest. Realize that honesty is not valued by many today. And, of course, people will say coaches are not honest either. Most were not expecting him to pick TN ahead of CL or AL. Just something to talk about how he conducted himself. Add in the fact that his Dad an actual football coach in the TN system being complicit.

Just read an article yesterday from some major scout/sportswriter who said Bryce Young was Russell Wilson on steroids... Hey Simpson, good luck and be careful you don't pull a hammy sitting on the sidelines, handing out gatorade for the next 3yrs...
