I don’t get into the RF vs FF war but I feel like that forum is about 2 days behind this one on names and info. Is that just me?

Even though there is some from the RF that venture over there and there are a few good posters that post there, It’s about the same except the FF will spend that 2 days telling each other they’re either drunk, delusional, “I’ll have what your having” on any conversation. The names and info gets lost in it.

I guess we all look at things differently. I like what’s been happening. I am excited.

I'm hoping this stupid power struggle nuclear option works out for the better for us peon fans for a change....but lets see how excited we are in two or three years.

We are at the bottom if Everest with no oxygen thanks to all that , so make no mistake it will be an almost impossible climb.

The roster is decimated, recruiting is decimated for who knows how long? People expecting championships anytime soon are delusional.

I love the Vols, I am a Vol for life but my expectations for the program have been drastically lowered. I just hope to get back to the mid-tier at this point.

I am going to pull for the kids who have remained faithful, and the coaches who had the balls to take on this gargantuan task. They deserve my support and respect. The people who got us into this do not, but pitchin a ongoing fit about what has happened and quitting is not who I am.

This is year -2. It'll take 2 years just to get back to a normal program in the swing of things. This year's record will be rough but we have to start somewhere

Baseball is my first love and I love college baseball. I just hate the ncaa for allowing it to run the way it is in the recruiting world. And TV is extremely harsh when it comes to how he recruits and I can’t support that.

What does TV do thats so harsh?

Which are the people you want to have it. Don’t care where the coaches are from as long as they win.

But the individuals dealing with recruits all the time - is a great thing to have former VFLs on.

I know, but you know as well as I do that it will have to be kept on the waaaaaay down low now. Going big or going home to do what it takes to get elite players is not an option.

We will be under the microscope, and every other program is circling like a flock of Vultures. They will be watching for us to make one mistake. The scrutiny is going to be hard to overcome.

Cheating should be expected. Sloppy cheating was the problem.

I don't think that they just started doing what they did...that means they were "sloppy" everywhere else they have been.

It was a power struggle, and that war is the only reason this pile of ever saw the light of day. The group that "won" enacted the nuclear option to get that win..and the fallout is going to have a long half-life.

I know there is no use bitchin about it now..it is done, but I am not going to ever act like it didn't happen. I hope it works out for the best for us..it will be awhile finding out.

Impossible climb? Nah man get your head up. This O is going to be good, we got an experienced HC who is an offensive genius that has done good everywhere he has gone, and an DC has has experience as a HC and great recruiters. Is everything going to be roses next Fall? Of course not but I am really excited for real for once. Our recruiting Dept, is top notch and our staff is full of great recruiters. I am hoping for at least a 6 win season next Fall and when recruits see this O we are going to build. Yes, nothing is guaranteed but the biggest different is we got experience HC that is a CEO not a controller. I just want to see improvement, player development, unity in the locker room, players excited again and don't forget, we will actually have coaches that get along. lol We are so use to bad hires and I understand the doom and gloom. But I like the way DW and JH have gone about their business and I believe its going to pay off for us. Get that head up McGill! GBO!

IMO, James Comey is a traitorous pig. I don't like the idea of Henry going to bama but I wouldn't put him in that class.
