To add to the fine cartoon list of the great 80’s, nice work everyone👍, only one I didn’t see in my normal Saturday morning lineup was Dungeon’s and Dragons. Had a great 3 year run and those kids never made back home.

In the 80’s, Saturday morning cartoons were the absolute best.
I'm older.. I was a Johnny Quest guy...

He was handed a flaming dumpster and asked to start winning games. If we end up with any sort of sanctions then he needs at least 5 years to wade through those and then try to get back on track winning games.
I agree with you, but it won't happen. We will run him out of town and we will be over the moon.

The offense will be fine, but defense has be seriously concerned considering how many transfer we've had. Also not sure how we're going to run a 4-2-5 with how few DBs we have. Henry T staying or going could legit be a 3 win difference

We were literally basically running a 4-2-5 wth are you talking about.... we only lost 1 starting DB.

Lawrence only started like 1 game I think and only because Thompson was dealing with a torn bicep so he only played on 3rd downs.

Only 7% of Texas' power comes from wind turbines. Natural gas/coal plants are more to blame because of zero cold weather prep for natural gas supply lines, so they're freezing up. Texas wants to have their own power grid so they can avoid federal regulations. This is one result of that. Facts be damned when you can make a meme though.

Not if he shows steady improvement. The worst thing he can do is go 9-3 this year, because then we'll be calling for his head when he goes 7-5 in year 4.
Fans view improvement in a straight line for wins YoY. Even if he goes 4-8, pulls out a 7-5 year, and then regresses to 6-6 we will have a large portion of our fanbase calling for Heupels head after year 3. Regardless of how anything other factors in the program.

You never know where this place is going, I never thought in a million years I’d be reminded of the Rambo survival knife. Flooded with memories of being a kid again, this forum is top shelf.
It kills me that the thing that a few jerks bitch about so much, is the very thing that makes this place great. It is more a family get together than a football information dump, and I hope it always will be.

This year is going to be his best in the first 3
year 1 8-4 maybe 7-5
Year 2 7-5
Year 3 6-6

and if he does that we should all be happy

I'd probably say Alabama & Georgia are hard losses in my early predictions. Florida is right there, although we get them early in the season and they did lose Trask still it's the Gators and until we beat them it's really not a game I think we will win.

Can we beat Ole Miss, Missouri, and Kentucky? That'll be the real question.

I think we win at least 6, with the 4 OOC games and then South Carolina and Vanderbilt. Missouri though actually looked to get better as the season went on and they have one of their highest ranked recruiting classes in the last decade coming in still only 3 teams didn't hang 30+ on them (Vandy, Kentucky, & South Carolina).

I'd probably say 6-6 is my realistic prediction, I think we can win as many as 8 games. But really unsure until I see how we look in the O&W game (man I hope we have it this year!)

I'm not sure Pruitt's final defense would have been a base 4-2-5, rather he was forced into it with not enough LB's who could cover. Anyways with Thompson and keyshawn gone I legit cant name the DB 2-deep rotation. Prepare for alot of Kenneth geroge I guess

What cost was associated with Texas joining the national power grid?
