I’m certainly aware of how as a middle class white man, I experience life from that perspective.
I’ve also been blessed in my line of work to live as a minority for years in Asia, sometimes from a place of privilege, and sometimes disdained for being an American. I’ve been on both sides.
Our former pastor who married us was African American and I have the privilege of speaking in predominantly African American churches too. I feel like I’m kind of rambling now and I’m not sure it’s even relevant
