It amazes me how many people in here still think we are the Tennessee of the 90's. UT is as low as it's ever been in it's existence but some of these goobers think we can just snap our fingers and hire anyone with just a phone call. I will support whoever the hires are because I love UT. The LOM's are making their presence known again. All I will say is there are good coaches out there who can recruit to UT, and we don’t know their names. We don’t have to have people that we already know about. There are good, young recruiters all over the country who had to get their first shot.
Again, can’t wait for season 3 to start.Could work. Just talk to them till they pass out like Collin Robinson.

You gotta be a special type of stupid to be taking a DC job in the SEC and not want Rodney Garner as your DL coach. That’s half the recruiting work off your plate from the jump, not to mention never having to worry about if the DL is being coached well or notI find it really odd we would hire a DL coach before a DC and then expect the DC to keep him.
Very strange way of doing things.
He's a bad hire. Period.Pittsburgh Resume:

And over the years he's become more highly thought of as a developer of talent. You gotta be a special type of stupid to be taking a DC job in the SEC and not want Rodney Garner as your DL coach.
