You think he gives up the NFL when he's only 2-3 years away from having his 20? Aren't coaches with 20 years service time granted lifetime benefits/retirement? Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that was a thing?

I don't know how much he's making in the NFL, but with the monies we are tossing around, he can "self-benefit" with a few years as a DC in college.
