This place is so toxic right now. Think about telling someone in 2008, after the UCLA loss, that it was only going to get worse and that in 2021 we'd be looking at a 5+ year rebuild to even being competitive.

While the coaching searches have been crazy, there's one thing we can celebrate. AD DW and HC JH have rebuilt the recruiting staff with some excellent people. Plus they all have past ties to the Vols and outstanding reputations. And they have hit the ground running. Recruits are already being contacted. DW & JH have done a great job with this. Now, they just need to get the defensive staff in place before we all go crazy!!!

I think the whole recruiting staff having to be replaced was a big deal. I mean it’s been a literal COMPLETE house cleaning job since White got here.
