So you're telling us Cal is grossly overpaid then? Because he makes way more than Roy Williams who has had way more successs than Cal.

No, but the argument could be made. I’m saying Barnes is currently. I understand trying to keep him from leaving but if you make him the 4th highest paid coach then that coach better win the conference quite a bit.

The question still remains. Can we play well on back to back games? As much fun it is to beat Kentucky, it isn’t as if they are impressive this year. Beat Florida and play in the manner we “should” be playing than perhaps we have turned a corner. Clearly we should play through Keon and Jaden the rest of the way and push tempo.

You cannot say with a straight face that Barnes is overpaid and then say Cal isn't. He's won 1 NC almost a decade ago at one of the bluest blue bloods in the country getting the highest recruits every year and hasn't made a Final Four in 6 years.

That's a fact, he got there with other teams. But, you do understand that when schools have to vacate it's because they have been caught cheating to win. Is that really your goal? Cheat, play, win, get caught and vacate? Would you be happier as a fan of UMass or Tiger High?

In fact, a ball was tipped off, it was aired on tv, and in fact millions watched. Cry a river they got to the final four regardless of NCAA rulings.... there was a final score.

I don't care, I like Cal and his honesty. Lot of similarities between Cal and Barnes, a lot differences, too. Still, I used to think Cal was the college basketball, Phil Jackson, he's slipped, but he could get on another row, starting next year. Hell, if they won the SEC Tournament, it wouldn't shock me, they have the talent

I think Cal is overpaid. Yet he at least wins conference championships and more than Barnes.

I don't think so, I think Cal is a recruiter not a coach. I forgot the name but he lost his top assistant to the NBA and that's killed him. I think hes done.

Yeah, I think dude went to the Knicks, but Cal has been coaching at a high level and probably helped the assistant more than he helped Cal

I'm not crying at all; I'm pointing out you're wrong. Which you are. You are the one crying that NCAA rulings don't matter....when in fact....they do. UMass and Memphis officially didn't make those Final Fours.

First, not true. Not everyone cheats but many do.

Second, I guess you just answered my question about whether you would prefer to cheat and vacate. Lot's of folks agree with you. Sad.
