Is anyone else just preparing themselves that it's going to be the entire UCF staff being rolled out on Monday? Seems to be all that Dr. Danny can get us.

I am all for the entire offensive staff to come. But I don’t want any defensive coaches from UCF. No thanks. Needs to spend a lot of money on DC, DL, LB (hopefully Steele), and DB coaches.

They did lose to Georgia tech by 20 points who our coach beat by almost 30 minutes.

Where did he get to faster than GT? I have the confuse.

I don't recall what he did as DC at Kentucky, but he has done a nice job with the Chiefs LBs.

I certainly hope that is the case but I am preparing myself for a letdown. We are conditioned to it as Vols fans.

Great stuff.

We have really smart football coaches now.

Some of the highlights:

-Personnel is more important than tempo
- main goal on offense moving around our best players so they are matched up on their worst players.
- stealing yards. (Drawing off sides, a lot of hard counts)
-whoever is tackled in bounds... rush to give the ball to the umpire spotting the ball.
- vertical run game. 80% of their run game is between the tackles.
- emphasis bounce out cuts off of inside runs (probably why they didn’t want brown).

Pretty sure Louisville was missing five defensive starters that game for Covid. I may be wrong, but I read somewhere that they had 5 starters and 3 second team defense miss two consecutive games

I have been told that covid is not an excuse and everyone was dealing with it. LOL

On the show their immediate thoughts went to his recruiting some decent DL guys to UK out of Tennessee. I’d have to fact check it I haven’t looked yet.
