Crazy weak recruiting considering there are only four new coaches. Last year 7 were in the top 10. Lot of weak recruiters in the middle of rebuilds in the league rn though. Have to wonder if the lack of camps and visits affected re-ranking this year as well, didn’t seem to be many late risers
