The original discussion was about people leaving Cali for Arizona and Texas. You are correct that those numbers (Cali increase in population) have nothing to do with that discussion. It appears Cali's population is still slowly growing from births and international re-locations. But domestic re-locations are in the negative in Cali, and that proves the original point.

Best state to be homeless and jobless in. Great weather and all the freebies you can get your hands on. This is the reason for all the homeless encampments all over the state. People travel from everywhere to take advantage of this.
