I put a little too much in my ginger soy marinade the other night and sweated for 30 minutes.

I just had a killer avocado boat. It was nice and big, perfectly ripe with a local farm fresh free range egg. Perfectly seasoned with pink Himalayan sea salt, fresh cracked tri-color peppercorn and crushed red pepper then cooked with a nice olive oil paring to compliment it's buttery fresh meat. Finished with a half tablespoon of black chia seeds. Seeds, not beans.

Had a cup of fresh ginger root and turmeric tea to go with it.

How do you pronounce turmeric?

1st one for me.

It sounds like you and tin man had similar break fasts. I would say with avocado it really is about the salt and pepper. To me the stuff is as dull as iceberg lettuce.

It's all about the olive oil, salt and crushed red pepper or fresh Jalapeno and cilantro. I forgot the cilantro on mine this morning. Chupa likes it loaded, but she doesn't need to watch her figure, I do plenty of that for her. Again, this picture sucks but you can see it. It had errthang mine did plus smoked Gouda, homemade creme fraiche, bacon and chives.

Avacado as a binder - amazing - but it needs the zing to sing imo

Not really a binder, it's a vehicle that's why I call it a boat.

If you notice the picture, the plate was on the ironing board where Chupa was busy. I also handed her a KJV Bible with a ribbon marker on 2 Thessalonians 3:10.

I have tried multiple times and I have failed every single time.....to like beets.
