Just like 2017, I started off on a high with Gruden (Matt Campbell) and we are going to end up with a damn coordinator (Tony Elliot).

And much like Pruitt, the giant mess that is the University of Tennessee is going to sink Tony Elliot's battleship. He stands no chance.

@gmannVOLS on Twitter said it best. You can hire Tony Elliot at Ohio State and you can hire Tony Elliot at Tennessee....same man. Same job. Same resources. But, you'll get two completely different outcomes. The situation and context matters. I'm sure TE is a great man and great coach, but right now this job is far too big for him and he will get sunk by it's weight until he gets canned in 4-5 years.

He was 100% responsible for that culture, he built it over several years...that is an absolute and undeniable fact..

Why do you guys think that every single female member of this forum is abhorred at the thought of this scumbag representing their beloved Vols?

Danny White has been on campus all day, giving credence to the idea we have this thing wrapped up. There's a meeting with Steele today that has been planned for a week. Hubbs and Price have called it a psuedo-interview. Conflicting reports of a team meeting scheduled shortly after the meeting with Steele.

Said that those involved in the search didn’t want a coordinator and DW was forced to move on to number 3

Classic McGill man...he gets a bit preachy when ya disagree with him. Hell he did the same over some GoT discussion as well, passionate guy I guess...with a filthy mouth.
